Did this fall off my scooter!?!?!??!
I got home the other day and was putting the cover on my scoot like Ido every night. I found this thing laying on the ground. I don't know if it's off my scooter or not. I hope if it IS, it's nothing crucial!
Looks to me like a valve extender from a wheel, I use one of those doohickey for my dual suspension mountain bike to inflate the suspension fork's air spring.
ok weasel, I know what it is and it did not come off your scoot.
So, was your scoot under a cable junction box (overhead cable connections)?
The item you are looking at is a cable spacer that is used when someone does not pay thier cable bill. That piece is installed at the cable line and then the persons cable line is connected to it. It make sure that their line can not get the cable signal.

UPDATE: It did NOT apparently fall off my scooter according to the "experts" at powerscooter.org
